Novelis is seeking a Supply Chain Leader for Near Term Planning in Atlanta. You will lead weekly production and capacity planning, inventory planning, and balance supply-demand across the network.

You will translate inputs into a feasible production plan and drive improvements with cross-functional teams. The role requires 5–7 years in metals supply chain, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of supply chain experience in metals, with leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit near-term production plans for each facility, balancing demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Resolve overloaded or underloaded conditions by coordinating material rerouting and demand shifts.
• Monitor network balance and identify constraints early, coordinating countermeasures with cross-functional teams.
• Develop KPIs and visual reporting for plan performance, demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Provide regular insights to network leadership for informed decision-making.
• Hold stakeholders accountable to targets established through planning processes.
• Develop team members through coaching and assignments.
• Lead development of Near Term Planning / S&OE software and practices.
• Serve as backup to Senior Manager for end-to-end planning.
