Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead a team of subcontract specialists, driving negotiation and execution of complex subcontracts with major suppliers. You will oversee the supply base, provide regular reporting, and escalate issues to keep programs on time, on cost, and compliant with policy.

Based in Hunt Valley, MD, the role reports to the Supply Chain organization and partners with program leadership to optimize performance, manage risk, and deliver excellent customer

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, contracts, or program management.
• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in related fields such as supply chain, procurement, contracts, or program management.
• Government contracting experience with FAR Part 12 and 15 Contracts; project management and contract negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract specialists and monitor performance to goals.
• Oversee complex subcontracts with major suppliers.
• Provide regular reports on subcontract status, supplier performance, risks, and mitigations.
• Coordinate with sourcing, analytics, and procurement to align with program objectives.
• Identify potential sources for strategic sourcing and maintain ES Domain expertise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness.
• Assist internal/external audit teams and ensure compliance with policies.
• Escalate issues as identified and drive timely action.
