Amphenol Industrial Operations in Endicott, NY seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead site-wide planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer order fulfillment. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, 2+ years in leadership, and ERP/MRP experience.

Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management. Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience working within ERP/MRP systems. Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Preferred Experience in electrical components, connectors, cable assemblies, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
Experience supporting high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong understanding of supply and demand planning concepts. Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
