Job summary

Amphenol Alden is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our worldwide supply chain from our Stoughton, MA facility. You will shape strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships, and build consistent processes across the US, Mexico, China, and India, driving improvements in cost, delivery, and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials, sourcing, planning, or operations within a Lean, ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
• Experience in multi-site or global responsibility across countries and locations.
• Demonstrated success leading supply chain activities across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Supply Chain Operations across all manufacturing locations (purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, supplier management).
• Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to translate forecasts into production and material plans.
• Develop global sourcing strategies to reduce costs, lead times, and strengthen supply continuity.
• Build a high-performing global supplier network with scorecards and improvement plans.
• Improve demand planning, inventory levels, and MRP/ERP discipline to support service levels and working capital.
• Oversee global logistics, intercompany flow, and import/export requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with contingency plans.
• Support new product introductions and transfers with supplier readiness and capacity planning.
• Drive KPIs to improve delivery, supplier performance, inventory turns, and cost savings.
• Develop talent and leadership across international locations.
