Job summary

Partners Personnel seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead demand and supply planning, production scheduling, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include managing the Master Production Schedule, supporting S&OP, and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels across multiple lines and SKUs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong background in production planning, scheduling and supply chain management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, high-volume preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; ERP experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Parity Factory is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support S&OP by aligning demand forecasts with production and capacity plans.
  • Own and maintain Master Production Schedule across lines and SKUs.
  • Develop production schedules to optimize capacity and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Lead supply chain projects from planning through implementation and monitoring.
