The Supply Chain Analyst Intern role involves supplier data updates, ERP catalog maintenance, KPI review, and transitioning new inventory items into the ERP system, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Academic status of Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
• Program of study: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related.
• GPA of 3.0+ at application time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external suppliers to obtain updated supply data.
• Maintain supplier catalogs within the ERP system, including pricing and units of measure.
• Assist in maintaining the electronic scrap revenue database to track related information.
• Update and review established metrics and KPIs.
• Transition new inventory items obtained through major purchases into the ERP system.
• Assist the Inventory Control Analyst in updating item records with accurate data.

OUC – The Reliable One, an industry leader and the second-largest municipal utility in Florida, is offering an internship program in the Financial & Support division. The OUC Internship Program is dedicated to providing students with real-world, hands-on experience by partnering with energy leaders and experienced professionals, while bringing new and out-of-the-box perspectives and ideas that are essential for fostering the creativity and growth of any business.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Intern .

You will be involved in:

• Communicating with external suppliers to obtain updated supply data.
• Maintaining supplier catalogs within the ERP system, including pricing and units of measure, to ensure an accurate material ordering process.
• Assist in maintaining the electronic scrap revenue database to track related information.
• Update and review established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Transition new inventory items obtained through major purchases into the ERP system.
• Assist the Inventory Control Analyst in updating item records with accurate data.

Internship Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
• Academic status of Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
• Program of study: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous internship experience preferred

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Compensation

$15.50 per hour, varies depending on the education level

Schedule

Part-Time (up to 25 hours per week) from January 11th, 2027 to May 7th, 2027 following a Hybrid Schedule
