Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a major in business – Supply Chain preferred.
• Must have at least a junior standing, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Efficient and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team by coordinating with different departments and managing schedules.
• Evaluate quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
• Maintain inventory levels and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Generate reports and presentations summarizing key findings for decision making.
• Assist in project planning and labor/resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records including SOPs and metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to ensure alignment across departments.
