Zurn Elkay is offering a Supply Chain Internship that provides hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the Zurn Wilkins Water Control and Safety unit. You will participate in structured onboarding, leadership exposure, and projects that impact real operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a major in business – Supply Chain preferred.
• Must have at least junior standing and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Efficient and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in coordinating with departments and managing schedules.
• Evaluate quotes and services to determine desirable suppliers.
• Maintain and analyze inventory levels and make recommendations.
• Analyze existing operations and propose ideas to streamline procedures and reduce costs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations and generate reports.
• Assist in project planning and labor cost/resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations, including SOPs and performance metrics.

The Zurn Elkay Supply Chain Internship supporting the Zurn Wilkins Water Control and Safety business unit, offers a great opportunity for exposure in a hands-on learning environment. You will have the opportunity to develop a variety of technical, business, and leadership skills during the assignment.The responsibilities the intern will complete include assisting the Supply Chain team in collecting and analyzing data related to operations and generating reports.*As a part of the intern program, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the following:** ***Networking Events*** *– Zurn Elkay hosts multiple networking opportunities in the Summer that give you exposure to other interns, the leadership team, and executive leaders.** ***Coaching and Mentoring*** *– You will have a structured on boarding process to introduce you to Zurn Elkay's corporate culture and provide you with regular feedback.** ***Real Work Experience*** *– Our internship process does not include getting coffee for your boss or running copies. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.Compensation range: $18.25-$23/hour depending on education experience
