Job summary

Qualifications

• 3.0 cumulative GPA or better (on a 4.0 scale).
• Currently a full-time student, junior status or higher pursuing a Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in teams and independently without direct supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to relocate in commutable distance to Hamel, MN from approximately May-August 2027 and able to work for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement/sourcing, material planning, logistics, and distribution with lean principles.
• Engage in project-based assignments with mentorship focusing on supply chain optimization, data analytics, and process improvements.
• Contribute to supply and demand planning and regional/global logistics and distribution.
