Job summary

Loram is seeking a Supply Chain intern to gain broad exposure to our Supply Chain organization and leadership team. You will work on project-oriented assignments across Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and scheduling, with a manager for growth and feedback.

The role emphasizes lean principles, data analytics, and process improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Requires relocation to Hamel, MN for ~12 weeks.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 cumulative or better on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently a full-time student, junior status or higher pursuing a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in teams and individually without direct supervision.
• Must be willing to relocate to Hamel, MN and able to work for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Supply Chain functions including Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics and Scheduling.
• Work on project-oriented assignments with a manager for growth and evaluation.
• Develop and drive supply chain optimization, data analytics, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
