As a Sophomore or Junior in Supply Chain related fields, you will develop analytics and AI skills, solve real business problems, and contribute to cost-saving projects.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or another relevant field
• A well‑rounded skill set including analytics and AI experience, adaptability, and creative problem solving
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Supply Chain organization and with internal and external partners to support day-to-day business needs and strategic projects.
• Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision‑making.
• Lead and contribute to projects focused on process optimization and cost savings while partnering with stakeholders to develop recommendations and deliver results.
• Enhance Supply Chain knowledge through hands‑on experience, department showcases, networking opportunities, and job shadowing across multiple functions.
