Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking an Analyst, IS Supply Chain – Integration Services in Orrville, OH.

You will join a team focused on planning, design, and support of EDI systems and integrations, including on-premise and cloud interfaces, with hybrid work requiring 9 onsite days per month. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specs, develop interfaces with customers and suppliers, participate in on-call support, and help deliver scalable supply chain solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent IT education/experience.
Experience analyzing business requirements and translating to technical requirements.
Experience implementing EDI/JSON/XML transaction structures.
Ability to build positive relationships and deliver results.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
Strong coordination and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide business user support by monitoring transactions and analyzing daily data.
Ensure errors and requests are processed accurately and promptly.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and re-process transactions; participate in on-call rotation.
Assist with onboarding new trading entities and transactions.
Develop, unit test, and implement electronic interfaces with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Interact with customers, suppliers, and partners to analyze data requirements and specs.
Adhere to and support IS standards and best practices.
