Job summary

Butterball, LLC invites interns to join our Supply Chain team in Garner, NC for a 10–12 week program designed to develop future leaders in processing and manufacturing operations. You will contribute to scheduling, planning, and optimization efforts while collaborating with diverse teams.

The internship emphasizes hands-on project work, professional development, and exposure to live operations within a dynamic food-production environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access); comfort with Power Query and Macros.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and execute scheduling/planning models to ensure flow meets demand.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners across teams.
• Assist with design, documentation, implementation, enhancements, support and training of Power BI, SAP, and TMS.
