Qualifications

• Currently enrolled junior or senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; high school diploma or equivalent; internship or coursework in supply chain preferred.
• Familiarity with Transmission & Distribution (T&D), utility, or EPC projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Purchase Order creation and processing within the full purchasing cycle.
• Support supplier follow-up on material availability, fabrication progress, and delivery timelines.
• Track Purchase Order status and delivery dates in ERP systems; flag at-risk materials.
• Update system data to reflect costs, lead times, and inventory parameters.
• Help prepare material bid packages and vendor prequalification lists.
• Document supplier drawings, quality documents, and required submittals.
• Coordinate with project teams and logistics partners to support material delivery updates.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to anticipate procurement needs and support processes.
• Participate in training opportunities and team meetings.
