Job summary

Catalent's Madison, Wisconsin site is hiring a 2027 Intern - Supply Chain to assist analytics and purchasing systems while learning to improve data gathering and lean engineering. You will collect, organize, and analyze data, maintain records, and support process improvement and automation initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field of study.
Eligible to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support supply chain analytics, purchasing systems, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain accurate data and records in compliance with company procedures.
Contribute to process improvement, lean engineering, efficiency, and automation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and provide project updates and presentations.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and 5S standards while supporting daily operations.
