Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2028 with at least 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing, supplier follow-up, and supply chain improvement activities.
• Assist buyers with purchase orders, lead times, and material availability.
• Communicate with suppliers on order status, delivery performance, and pricing.
• Support Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to improve material flow.
• Collect and analyze purchasing and delivery data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create Excel reports and data summaries for leadership updates.
