Scoular invites motivated students to join its Supply Chain Internship in Minneapolis, a fast-paced program focused on purchasing and transporting ingredients worldwide. You will work across supplier management, analytics, and operations, building skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and AI-enabled automation.

Successful candidates are pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferably graduating in 2029) and show entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and a customer-service

Responsibilities

• Learn the logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations of international food ingredient distribution.
• Support projects involving supplier management, customer support, business analytics, process improvement, and supply chain operations.
• Analyze business data, market information, and operational processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, AI-enabled technologies, and automation platforms to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
• Lead a high-impact summer project focused on improving a business process, creating operational efficiencies, or enhancing visibility across the supply chain.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and business impact to company leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
