Job summary

The Scoular Company is offering a Research and Development Intern position for Summer 2027 in Minneapolis, MN. You will work on developing food and beverage prototypes using Scoular ingredients, while learning about ingredient functionality and regulatory aspects within the FSQR group.

You will conduct ingredient research, assist with laboratory testing, and summarize findings for the R&D team. The internship includes a cross-functional project and interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Supply

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• Preferably a 2029 Grad.

About the Role

Scoular's Research and Development internship will immerse you in the development of application formulas using Scoular ingredients. You will also learn about ingredient functionality through independent research while developing an understanding of ingredient quality and regulatory functions through engagement with Scoular's Food Safety, Quality, and Innovation group.
