Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP in Asheville, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management. You will help identify process improvements and assist with planning activities to drive efficiency.

You’ll work with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other business systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations for management. This paid internship provides practical experience in a global technology group with exposure

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Inventory Management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, procurement, and supplier data to identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and financial impacts.
• Support demand forecasting, scenario modeling, and business planning activities.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software and process improvements for inventory management, compliance, reporting, and SAP operations.
• Assist with inventory and stores optimization projects, including barcode scanning initiatives and process enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop recommendations, quantify business benefits, and present findings to management.
