Job summary

Madix, Inc. seeks a Plant-Level Supply Chain Management Lead to drive end-to-end plant operations, from demand planning to logistics, and to lead the SAP S/4HANA rollout and Snowflake-based analytics across the organization.

You will own KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory turns, and material availability while coaching a cross-functional team and delivering Lean improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, business analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in leadership or senior IC role.
• Hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience (MM/PP/SD) including ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform; building data pipelines and models.
• Strong SQL skills; working knowledge of Python or a scripting language.
• Understanding of MRP, inventory management, procurement, and S&OP processes.
• Ability to translate business problems to technical solutions and lead change across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant supply chain operations including demand/supply planning, MRP, purchasing, and logistics.
• Coach and develop plant supply chain team; drive Lean improvements to reduce waste and shortages.
• Represent plant in SAP S/4HANA implementation, define requirements, validate configurations and support data migration.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and analytics using Snowflake; develop dashboards and tools for planning and reporting.
• Lead change management and training to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to balance demand, capacity, and material constraints.
