MADIX Inc. seeks a senior supply chain leader to manage plant-level SCM, including demand planning, production scheduling, MRP, purchasing, and logistics across multiple sites. You will own key KPIs and drive Lean improvements to reduce waste and inventory.

The role also covers SAP S/4HANA implementation, data integration with Snowflake, and development of analytics applications. Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Sales is essential to balance capacity and customer demand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, PP, and/or SD), including ERP implementation or major upgrade.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform, building data pipelines and data models.
• Strong SQL skills; working knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
• Solid understanding of MRP, inventory management, procurement, and S&OP processes.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive adoption across sites or departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant supply chain operations including demand and supply planning, production scheduling support, MRP, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Own KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, material availability, and schedule feasibility.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to balance demand, capacity, and constraints.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant supply chain team members.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Serve as core team member for SAP S/4HANA implementation, translating business needs into functional requirements for MM, PP, and SD.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines from SAP S/4HANA and other sources into Snowflake; develop data models and dashboards.
• Lead change management plans, training programs, and adoption metrics across all sites.
• Standardize supply chain processes and data definitions across sites; translate user feedback into improvements.
