Annual Salary: Up to $150,000 Annually

Caladwich is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Global Business Owner to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Supply Chain Modernization and Currency Manufacturing Integration program. This senior strategic role aligns enterprise supply chain operations, ERP and warehouse systems, and cross-directorate governance with BEP’s modernization priorities.

Help shape the long‑term supply chain strategy supporting production of the nation’s currency. You will guide stabilization and modernization efforts that improve operational continuity, inventory visibility, manufacturing readiness, and organizational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead development of an enterprise supply chain strategy and prioritized modernization roadmap aligned with BEP mission and manufacturing objectives.
• Provide executive‑level guidance and coordinate cross‑functional governance across planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and vendor management.
• Define governance forums, decision processes, and roles through a Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) matrix.
• Guide stabilization priorities, operational risk assessments, and mitigation plans to reduce manual workarounds, data inconsistencies, and single points of failure.
• Oversee business alignment across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ERP, WMS, and manufacturing systems; coordinate integration recommendations with technical teams.
• Establish performance baselines, benchmarks, and key performance indicators for inventory accuracy, fulfillment cycle time, supplier compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Guide supply and demand planning, sourcing strategy, manufacturing improvements, and vendor performance initiatives across both BEP facilities.
• Lead sustainment planning, continuous improvement priorities, and stakeholder engagement to embed consistent practices and measurable results.

Operational Support

• Prepare leadership briefings, strategy documents, governance materials, and progress reports for Government review.
• Coordinate with BEP directorates, facility stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve dependencies and align modernization activities.
• Review process maps, SOPs, integration assessments, and improvement recommendations for consistency with enterprise objectives.
• Monitor milestones, risks, performance trends, and corrective actions; maintain traceability of recommendations and outcomes.
• Guide knowledge transfer, role‑based training, and operational continuity planning to sustain improvements.
• Align denomination and series print‑order planning and ERP item‑creation governance with currency production requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise‑level supply chain operations or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms; Oracle EBS experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional governance and modernization initiatives.
• Experience in federal or highly regulated environments preferred.

Other Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete BEP security and suitability screening, including HSPD-12/PIV processing, eApp, fingerprinting, criminal history checks, and financial history review.
• Must obtain and maintain required BEP access authorization and complete mandatory security and IT training before applicable system access and work authorization.
• Must work on‑site at the assigned facility. Occasional extended hours, weekend or holiday support, and shift‑based training may be required to meet operational needs.
• This is a proposal‑stage key personnel opportunity contingent upon contract award and Government approval. Selected candidates must provide a current resume and signed, dated letter of commitment for proposal submission.
