Job summary

Caladwich Consulting LLC seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst/SME to support BEP modernization efforts at the Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth. The role requires deep functional expertise across planning, procurement, inventory, and vendor management, leveraging Oracle EBS to drive data accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.

You will lead technical analysis, process redesign, and benchmarking to stabilize operations and modernize currency production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of specialized supply chain experience, as specified in the PWS.
• Expertise in supply/demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement strategy, and workflow redesign.
• Experience with Oracle EBS supply chain modules: Inventory, OM, ASCP, and WMS.
• Prior experience supporting federal or large-scale manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supply chain workflows, identify root causes of delays and data inconsistencies, and lead targeted stabilization and process redesign.
• Analyze supply and demand planning, replenishment levels, inventory accuracy, and production requirements to recommend inventory optimization measures.
• Evaluate Oracle EBS Inventory, OM, ASCP, and WMS processes and integration touchpoints.
• Develop current- and future-state process maps, SOPs, data standards, and functional recommendations for receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, reconciliation, and returns.
• Establish performance baselines and industry benchmarks; analyze gaps and measure improvements in accuracy, cycle time, and supply chain efficiency.
• Assess procurement strategy, sourcing workflows, vendor performance, and manufacturing processes; recommend improvements supporting production continuity.
• Analyze ERP, WMS, and manufacturing system data flows and identify automation opportunities; provide actionable integration recommendations to BEP technical teams.
• Translate denomination and series print-order requirements into accurate ERP item records and support item-number creation, validation, and workflow automation.
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, gap assessments, and prioritized improvement backlogs with supporting evidence.
• Support inventory reconciliation and data-quality reviews to align operational records with ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and facility stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve functional issues.
• Develop runbooks, job aids, role-based training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions for BEP personnel.
• Support process validation, acceptance reviews, and corrective actions; document measurable outcomes and lessons learned.
• Monitor ongoing performance and recommend sustainment and continuous improvement actions across supply chain functions.

Caladwich is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Supply Chain Modernization and Currency Manufacturing Integration program. This role provides deep functional expertise in planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, vendor management, and Oracle EBS supply chain processes.

Other Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete BEP security and suitability screening, including HSPD-12/PIV processing, eApp, fingerprinting, criminal history checks, and financial history review.
• Must obtain and maintain required BEP access authorization and complete mandatory security and IT training before applicable system access and work authorization.
• Must work on-site at the assigned facility. Occasional extended hours, weekend or holiday support, and shift-based training may be required to meet operational needs.
