Job summary

Caladwich is seeking a Supply Chain Global Business Owner to support BEP modernization and currency manufacturing integration from Fort Worth. You will align enterprise supply chain operations with ERP and warehouse systems, govern across planning, procurement, inventory, and vendor management, and drive modernization priorities to improve continuity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in enterprise-level supply chain operations or transformation.
Experience with ERP platforms; Oracle EBS preferred.
Proven leadership in cross-functional governance and modernization initiatives.
Experience in federal or highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development of an enterprise supply chain strategy and modernization roadmap.
Provide executive-level guidance across planning, procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
Define governance forums and RACI matrix for decision processes.
Guide stabilization priorities and risk mitigation to reduce data issues and bottlenecks.
Oversee alignment of Oracle EBS, ERP, WMS, and manufacturing systems.
Establish KPIs for inventory accuracy, fulfillment cycle time, and supplier performance.
Lead supply and demand planning, sourcing strategy, and vendor initiatives.
Drive sustainment planning and continuous improvement across BEP facilities.
