Job summary

Caladwich is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Subject Matter Expert to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Supply Chain Modernization and Currency Manufacturing Integration program. This on-site, full-time role at the Western Currency Facility (Fort Worth, TX) requires deep expertise in planning, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and Oracle EBS supply chain processes.

You will lead technical analysis, process redesign, and benchmarking to improve data accuracy,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
8–10+ years of specialized supply chain experience.
Expertise in planning, inventory optimization, procurement, and workflow redesign.
Experience with Oracle EBS modules: Inventory, OM, ASCP, WMS.
Federal or large-scale manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess current supply chain workflows and lead stabilization and redesign.
Analyze planning, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and production requirements.
Evaluate Oracle EBS Inventory/OM/ASCP/WMS and integration touchpoints.
Develop current- and future-state process maps, SOPs, and data standards.
Establish baselines and measure improvements in accuracy, cycle time, and efficiency.
Assess procurement strategy, sourcing, vendor performance, and production processes.
Translate denomination and print-order requirements into ERP item records.
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and improvement backlogs with evidence.
