Job summary

Caladwich is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Supply Chain Modernization and Currency Manufacturing Integration program. This on-site role focuses on planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, vendor management, and Oracle EBS supply chain processes.

Lead technical analysis, process redesign, and benchmarking to improve data accuracy, material availability, and manufacturing efficiency for BEP operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10+ years of specialized supply chain experience.
• Expertise in supply/demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement strategy, and workflow redesign.
• Experience with Oracle EBS supply chain modules: Inventory, OM, ASCP, WMS.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supply chain workflows and lead stabilization and redesign.
• Analyze planning, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and production requirements for optimization.
• Evaluate Oracle EBS and related systems touchpoints for integration.
• Develop current and future-state process maps, SOPs, data standards, and recommendations.
• Establish baselines and benchmarks; measure improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess procurement strategy and vendor performance to support production continuity.
• Identify automation opportunities and provide actionable integration recommendations.
