HD Supply is seeking a Manager, HR Planning and Operations to lead a portfolio of high-impact HR initiatives, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

You will own end-to-end projects, analyze workforce data, and implement process improvements while coaching leaders and teams across the organization, with travel up to 20% as needed.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a BS/BA, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Formación

• Experience in HR PMO and enterprise HR initiatives.
• Lean/Six Sigma or related process improvement certifications.
• Proven end-to-end project management with strong execution and organization.
• Knowledge of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes processes in support HR planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyzes human capital data; provides insights and presentations for senior leaders.
• Identifies opportunities and drives process improvement related to HR planning and operations.
• Performs quarterly strategic reporting on progress against HR goals and work plan status.
• Partners with HR leadership to develop and execute workforce planning analytics.
• Conducts ad-hoc executive-level analyses related to HR strategy.
• Leads HR planning and operations projects and broader HR strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
