Stone Alliance Group Career Page seeks a Supply Chain Finance Manager to partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Accounting to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve profitability, working capital, and overall business performance.

Our client’s NYC office supports a hybrid schedule for local candidates; those outside the area may work remotely. Five+ years in supply chain finance and ERP/BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, FP&A or related area.
• Hands-on with standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with large data sets and ERP systems; GAAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and reporting across manufacturing, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Support budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning with actionable insights.
• Deliver variance analysis with practical recommendations.
• Oversight of standard costing and production variances; improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify cost savings and productivity improvements with Operations and Procurement.
• Monitor inventory aging, obsolescence and working capital; enhance reporting visibility.
• Support cycle counts, month-end inventory close; build profitability models.
• Assist pricing decisions, product launches and business cases.
• Participate in S&OP and IBP; assess financial impact of demand/supply decisions.
• Prepare management reporting translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Strengthen financial controls, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
