We’re partnering with a high-growth consumer brand looking for a sharp, commercially minded Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Operations Finance to act as the right hand to the SVP of Operations. This isn’t a back-office FP&A role — it’s a visible, strategic position influencing real-time decisions across production, warehousing, fleet, and supply chain.

What You’ll Own

• Be the go-to finance partner to Operations leadership
• Lead forecasting & planning across production, labor, warehouse, fleet & supply chain
• Design next‑gen KPI dashboards & financial models (Excel power users welcome)
• Drive annual operating plans and long‑range strategy
• Translate data into insights for executive reviews & board‑ready presentations
• Oversee co‑pack & production pricing strategy
• Lead utility cost optimization and enterprise‑wide tracking
• Evaluate capital investments & operational innovation initiatives
• Elevate financial literacy across Operations teams
• Become the internal expert on Adaptive planning systems

What Makes You a Fit

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or operational finance (CPG or similar environment a big plus)
• Strong business partner who’s comfortable advising senior leadership
• Systems‑savvy and always looking for smarter, faster ways to generate insight
• Naturally curious, proactive, and self‑directed
• Thrives in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments
• Willing to travel between NY & NJ locations (~20%)
