Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Co-Manufacturing Senior Director to oversee its co-manufacturing operations, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with Supply Planning, QA, Commercialization, R&D, and Finance to optimize performance and cost.

The role demands extensive experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or co-manufacturing.
• Experience managing relationships with co-manufacturers and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and coaching teammates.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of month as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee co-manufacturing operations, managing relationships with co-manufacturers and ensuring quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and cost savings.
• Establish and maintain contract manufacturing relationships; act as single point of contact with suppliers.
• Analyze manufacturability of new products with PD and Commercialization to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Model OEE and balance capacity against forecasts and other lines.
