Mondelēz International is seeking a Finance professional to provide strategic and financial support for our supply chain in an end-to-end process. You will help deliver the best conversion cost while ensuring internal controls and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, CI initiatives, SAP data processing, and analysis to empower informed decision-making across operations. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams, lead KPI tracking, support budget

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economy, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or financial areas.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Design and surveillance of internal control procedures within manufacturing.
• Lead the loss analysis for the site with cross-functional teams.
• Provide timely, reliable financial information from operations.
• Support SAP data processing and maintenance of E2E data accuracy.
• Monitor and report plant productivity and KPI performance.
• Support budgeting and quarter/year planning with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with Business Units and Functional Leadership on cost analysis.
