Job summary

Burnetts Staffing is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain & Facilities Specialist to manage inventory, logistics, and fleet coordination in Fort Worth. You will work with project management, purchasing, and field staff to anticipate material needs and ensure resources are available for ongoing projects.

• Supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Supply Chain & Facilities Specialist to support the daily operations of the team by managing inventory, logistics, and fleet coordination. In this role, you will work closely with project management, purchasing, office staff, and field personnel to anticipate material and logistical needs and ensure resources are available to support ongoing projects. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, documenting, and processing incoming shipments, freight, orders, and deliveries; organizing, labeling, categorizing, and maintaining inventory for efficient storage and distribution; and ensuring materials are readily accessible when needed. The Supply Chain & Facilities Specialist will also oversee company fleet operations by coordinating vehicle assignments, managing delivery schedules, and working with drivers to support project and operational demands.

Requirements :

• Must have 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory control, facilities, or a related role

• Experience receiving, inspecting, and tracking shipments and inventory

• Previous experience coordinating deliveries, scheduling, or fleet operations is required

• Supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
