Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Illinois to lead and optimize supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. You will oversee, plan, monitor, and manage teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs across the organization.

The role involves directing teams, resolving inventory issues, and presenting forward-looking projections on inventory, volume, and capacity while collaborating with senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent experience.
At least 5 years manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze figures, percentages and volumes.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to teams in Supply Chain.
Analyze, resolve or escalate inventory issues.
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks of Supply Chain teams meet standards.
Resolve daily Supply Chain issues.
Direct team regarding issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Communicate to senior management Supply Chain and service issues with recommendations.
Ensure inventory plans and execution align with Supply Chain goals.
Prepare and present forward-looking projections of inventory, volume, service, planning, capacity and space.
