Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to organize staff, back up supervision, and liaise between business units to support customer relationships in Maryland. This role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating workload, training associates, facilitating team meetings, collecting data for records, and driving KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Supply Chain Clerk or similar role.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet productivity standards; provide supervision in absence of the supervisor.
• May assist in training associates at the location.
• Facilitate team meetings, assist with employee reviews, provide feedback, and train to reduce errors.
• Gather data to maintain records including time cards and training data.
• Embrace KPIs, track trends, and implement best practices.
• Direct workflow to support customer needs and best practices.
