Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager in Huntington, IN to drive supply chain execution, improve inventory performance, and optimize material flow across manufacturing and distribution.

The role oversees Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Material Flow while collaborating with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and HR to achieve delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required; Master's preferred.
• Greenbelt and APICS certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of Materials/Operations experience; 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant supply chain vision, strategy, goals and objectives.
• Oversee Production Planning, Inventory Management and Material Flow.
• Drive KPI reviews, visual management and performance systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support schedules.
• Lead MPS, MRP, SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Support supplier transitions and new product introductions.
