Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead major supply chain programs for multinational customers. The role combines analytical rigor with operations management to align stock, reorder processes, and demand planning across multi-customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or process improvement roles; MRO/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with practical execution mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Analyze existing supply chain, data, and inventory processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance, inventory levels, and reorder levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and customer-facing teams for rollout of initiatives.
• Support strategic projects including supplier performance programs and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities to integrate best practices such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Roll out standardized operating models, systems, and reporting tools across regions.
• Communicate findings and progress to leadership and client partners.
