Job summary

Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) is a member-owned supply chain partner supporting Subway® franchisees across North America, Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

IPC delivers value through sourcing, contract negotiation, technology initiatives, and supply chain expertise. IPC seeks a motivated Supply Chain Excellence Analyst to monitor supplier performance, analyze trends, and support standardized COE processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, analytics, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, or relevant coursework may be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, business processes, data analysis, or performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Foodservice, distribution, or related supply chain experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier and distributor performance, identify trends and exceptions, and track issues through timely resolution.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports that provide visibility on performance and key metrics; leverage AI-enabled analytics to identify patterns.
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate follow-up, and ensure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Identify recurring issues, evaluate factors, and recommend solutions to improve execution and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor KPIs and service expectations; elevate performance gaps when needed.
• Support adherence to established supply chain processes, controls, and reporting standards.
