Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier and distributor performance, identify trends and resolve issues.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on performance and metrics; leverage AI analytics.
• Investigate issues, coordinate follow-up, document, track, and close items.
• Identify recurring issues, evaluate causes, and recommend improvements.
• Track KPIs and service levels; flag gaps and drive fixes.
• Support adherence to established supply chain processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, tools, and COE resources.
• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure accountability.
• Act as liaison between COE, supply chain teams, and partners; communicate findings and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Support COE initiatives in governance, standardization, and performance management.
• Collaborate across the supply chain to achieve shared objectives and readiness.
