Position Overview
IPC is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Supply Chain Planner who will be responsible for all integrated supply planning master data management and analytics within the IPC Supply Chain. The ideal candidate can progress data management initiatives, drive the system (Vanguard) preparation for analysis, testing, training, and enhancements, while leveraging integrated business planning (IBP) process and best practices to create and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) and objective and key results (OKRs) to support Subway restaurants and IPC internal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify areas of opportunity to drive agility and reduce non‑value work within the IPC Planning Teams by creating or enhancing tools and reports in areas such as inventory projections and drivers, stock parameter calculations, and Supply Chain OKRs.
- Design and document specifications for new reporting and tools, utilizing and enhancing current best practices in the divisions by gathering input from all stakeholders.
- Standardize data inputs, outputs, and related processes for the Integrated Planning Team.
- Represent the IPC Planning Teams with IT to develop data sources and define common KPI calculations and data rule definitions as well as update or eliminate legacy data and KPIs no longer in use.
- Create data visualizations, such as Power BI and Tableau dashboards, to facilitate business decisions and root cause analysis.
- Lead the roll‑out and sun‑setting of reports and tools, including testing, piloting, and training end users.
- Collaborate with the IPC Integrated Planning team and IPC cross‑functional teams on creation of visuals used across sourcing, distribution, and logistics teams.
- Act as the business lead for Integrated Planning tools and reports.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, modifying tools as business changes occur, reviewing user requests, incorporating enhancements, and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the information.
- Foster change management through training, documentation, and coaching.
- Proactively drive change to improve data quality and accuracy in reporting.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Information Systems (required).
- Minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain Planning experience in the QSR industry.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working with large data sets and conducting analyses using MicroStrategy and Tableau.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
- Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, databases, macros, etc.).
- Proficient and broad understanding of Supply Chain operations and supporting systems.
Travel and Physical Demands
May require occasional local travel within driving distance and overnight domestic travel.

Work Schedule and Hours
This is a full‑time position. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST. Additional hours outside regular hours, including weekends, may be required to complete job requirements.
