IPCis seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Excellence Analyst to be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) by monitoring supplier and distributor performance, analyzing trends, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting consistent execution of supply chain processes. Supports member/franchisee alignment through consistent supply chain execution. Working across the supply chain and with external business partners, this role promotes operational effectiveness, accountability, standardization, and continuous improvement. This analyst uses data and business information to identify performance gaps, monitor key performance indicators, support root-cause analysis, and provide reporting that enables data-driven decisions. This entry-level role is suited for an analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative early-career professional interested in developing broad supply chain expertise.

This is a full-time position. Standard office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends, to complete job requirements.
