Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, or relevant coursework may be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, business processes, data analysis, or performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier and distributor performance, identify trends and exceptions, and track issues through timely resolution.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports and summaries that provide visibility to supplier and distributor performance and key metrics; leverage AI-enabled analytics.
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate follow-up, and ensure open items are documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Identify recurring issues, evaluate contributing factors, and recommend solutions to improve execution and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor established KPIs and service expectations and elevate performance gaps as appropriate.
• Support adherence to established supply chain processes, procedures, controls, and reporting standards.
• Support development and maintenance of standardized processes, tools, and COE resources.
• Build collaborative relationships with supplier and distributor partners to support accountability and issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison between the COE and supply chain teams, suppliers, and distributors; communicate findings and improvements; facilitate alignment on changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, increase efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support COE initiatives related to governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Work across the supply chain to support shared objectives and COE priorities.
