Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Industrial Engineering/Lean specialist to lead warehouse process improvement, layout optimization, and data-driven productivity gains. This role focuses on analyzing materials flow, labor utilization, and inventory movement to deliver cost and quality improvements.

You will develop standard procedures, KPIs, and dashboards (Power BI) for continuous improvement, collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations, and support ERP/SAP-EWM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Lean, process improvement, data analysis, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes, inventory movement, labor utilization, and material flow to identify productivity and cost improvements.
• Develop optimized warehouse layouts, storage locations, and picking zones to maximize space and workflow efficiency.
• Lead KPI development and data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize inventory, replenishment, and ERP/SAP-EWM processes.
