Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with standard work development, labor planning, capacity analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Lean manufacturing experience with cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing initiatives to boost productivity, labor efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to set standard work and optimize cycle times.
• Perform line balancing and manpower planning to support takt time goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through waste elimination and process optimization.
• Analyze production data to improve throughput and capacity utilization.
• Develop manufacturing layouts, material flow, and workstation design.
• Support NPI with process development, line setups, and production readiness.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, and lean initiatives.
• Create standard work, work instructions, and labor standards; document processes.
• Perform capacity planning and identify bottlenecks and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering on improvements.
• Present productivity metrics, labor utilization, and cost-reduction opportunities to leadership.
