Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer III to lead engineering analysis and implement projects that drive continuous improvement across warehousing, transload, cross-dock, and transportation operations.

The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for our operations and customers. You will collaborate with diverse teams to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; BS Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2–5+ years in engineering design in supply chain, transportation, and warehousing.
• Knowledge of warehousing and transportation operations.
• Experience with routing/scheduling and transportation optimization software.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Lean Six Sigma experience as facilitator/trainer; Kaizen leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data management and manipulation; SQL/Access/Alteryx proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering design projects using supply chain methodologies and tools.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Establish KPIs, measures, and data analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and customers.
• Provide engineering design and supply chain strategy recommendations.
