Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Solutions Analyst (Sr.) to coordinate, analyze, and maintain Supply Chain business systems, analytics, and AI-enabled tools. You will serve as an embedded business developer, transforming processes with data-driven technology solutions to advance supply chain priorities.

The role focuses on building analytics, dashboards, automation, and governance, partnering with IT and business teams to standardize digital workspace and adoption

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of four years of relevant work experience in business, IT, or related area.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience with database design, structure, functions and processes.
• Knowledge of business processes and operational functions including systems and procedures.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and map needs to technology solutions.
• Proven project or team experience and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing projects and resolving issues.
• Awareness of emerging practices and technologies in the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in projects defining business processes, system scope, data needs, automation opportunities and objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics products, and AI-enabled tools for Supply Chain.
• Gather functional and data requirements and support testing, rollout, and adoption of new tools.
• Analyze processes to streamline, automate, standardize and improve operations.
• Investigate and resolve routine to complex system, data, and automation issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Enterprise AI, Digital Transformation, vendors and partners.
• Build standard and complex reports with governance, quality and data definitions.
• Coordinate projects across functional areas for adoption and rollout.
• Create training materials and knowledge resources to increase digital fluency.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and promote responsible AI practices.
