Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is offering a 12-month Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, TN. This rotation program targets upcoming and recent graduates seeking a career in supply chain and includes exposure to Distribution Operations, Transportation, Planning, Inventory Management, Merchandise Planning, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships or experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for rotations across DCs and stores.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across Supply Chain functions (Distribution Operations, Transportation, Planning, Inventory, Merchandise Planning, Engineering).
• Gain operational exposure through Tractor Supply stores and distribution centers.
• Build, analyze, and maintain reports to support decision-making and performance.
• Contribute to projects aligned with departmental and enterprise priorities.
• Shadow experienced team members to learn systems, tools, and best practices.
• Apply analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Participate in structured learning focused on supply chain systems and leadership.
