EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving growth. You will engage with executive stakeholders and collaborate across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics to deliver measurable value.

This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and business development, with governance, budgeting, and training responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or perform analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform (requirements, design, go-live, support).
• Experience in industries such as Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Willingness to work in EY offices and client locations up to 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness for tools.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials to support adoption and change management.
• Lead training strategy to ensure successful user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support to sustain performance and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure delivery excellence.
