EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving growth. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, translate requirements, and guide data migration, testing, and training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or similar).
• Experience working with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis.
• At least one recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, go-live, and support.
• Experience in one or more industries: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Aufgaben

• Lead Decision Intelligence Implementations: Manage end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Document Business Requirements: Capture and translate business requirements, system design, and transformation goals.
• Process Optimization: Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Data Migration Leadership: Oversee data migration activities from a supply chain perspective.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Guide users and development teams on issues related to implementation across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Application Configuration & Testing: Configure decision intelligence applications and lead testing phases.
• Project Documentation: Develop functional/technical documentation, test scripts and training materials.
• Training Leadership: Lead training strategy and planning for user enablement and adoption.
• Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support after deployment for sustained performance.
• Resource & Budget Management: Manage project resources and budgets for delivery excellence.
• Team Leadership: Guide teams in requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and support.
• Program Leadership: Participate in governance, leadership and change enablement activities.
• Business Development: Support proposals, budgets and workplans; assist in business development.
• Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel as needed.
