Job summary

BMW Manufacturing Company in Spartanburg, SC seeks an Delivery Assurance Intern for Spring 2027 to support onsite supplier logistics and ensure on-time lineside delivery performance. The role involves project tasks, KPI reporting, and data analysis using SAP, SQL, and Power BI.

You will help with i-Learn class development, training completion tracking, rack-cleanliness audits, and standardizing daily LQS activities, in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, CS, or related field.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Data Lake is a bonus.
• Excel skills including VLookup and Macros preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite supplier logistics to assure lineside delivery performance.
• Perform KPI reporting and status reports using 8D and FMEA methodologies.
• Assist in developing i-Learn classes and tracking training completion.
• Process data in SAP/SQL and produce weekly/daily Power BI reports; create visualizations.
