Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate II, Supply Chain Operations to join our Replenishment Operations team in Bethesda, MD. You will analyze order information, maintain ERP data, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely replenishment.

The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain processes, data validation, and cross-functional communication, with opportunities for growth and development within supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year of experience in a data entry or operations support role.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact productively with internal and external partners.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, compile, and verify replenishment order information to ensure accuracy before transmitting orders to partners.
• Submit direct-to-store delivery orders accurately and on schedule; research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Evaluate financial summaries and support order data to identify discrepancies and ensure information is ready for submission.
• Execute and validate order updates within the ERP system; communicate changes and collaborate with stakeholders for timely replenishment.
• Research, organize, and validate item setup information; exchange data with external partners; identify recurring issues for escalation.
